How can I be sure I've been registered and have a ticket?
When your ticket purchase and registration are successful, you will receive an email with a QR Code confirming your ticket and registration.
Please contact us if you have not received either.
Do I need a Visa for the Philippines?
Yes, and it’s free! But you will need to register with the new Philippines eTravel System to get your QR code Travel Visa which is required for entry into the Philippines. Don’t forget to register several days before your travel to qualify for the free eVisa. You can find out more and register HERE.
What does the YT2024 registration fee cover?
The YWAM Together 2024 registration/ticket fee only covers the YT2024 gathering adult sessions. Children and youth up to 18yrs old must be registered separately for the daily youth & children sessions.
You must book and arrange accommodation and meals separately for yourself and your family.

Are there any daily facilities or programs for children and youth?
Yes, the Children and Youth Program delivers exceptional value throughout the gathering. By purchasing Children/Youth tickets, young attendees will be involved with others during the thrilling daily sessions specifically designed for them. Please ensure your children and youth are both ticketed and registered to partake in these enriching and exciting programs.

What are the best options for accommodation?
While numerous hotels in the vicinity could cater to your needs, we have carefully curated a list of twenty hotels located within 2.5 kms (1.5 miles) of the venue. Will there be space available for ministry expos?
Regrettably, owing to spatial limitations at the CCF venue, we’re unable to accommodate ministry expos this time. Nonetheless, we will showcase a selection of exhibits highlighting projects that significantly contribute to our global mission, offering a glimpse into the impactful work being done by the YWAM family around the world.
